The Ranch Guarantee (Shipping)

Processing: We work hard to get your order out the gate fast. Most orders leave the Ranch within 2-3 business days.

Tracking: You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your tea is on the move so you can watch it every step of the way.

The Route: We currently ship via USPS/UPS/FedEx. Once it leaves our hands, we aren’t responsible for carrier delays or porch pirates, but we’ll do our best to help you track it down.
All Sales Final (Returns)

Safety First: Because our tea kits are consumable food products, we cannot accept returns once they’ve left the Ranch. We want to ensure every sip is fresh and safe for our customers.

Damaged Goods: If your order arrived lookin' like it went ten rounds with a bull, don’t sweat it. Send a photo of the damage to ranchsippinshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Cancellations: If you need to change your mind, reach out immediately. Once an order is labeled and loaded, it’s officially on its way.
